2024 Ticket Purchase Opportunity Registration Terms and Conditions

The number of registrants selected will be determined based on availability. You are not guaranteed the opportunity to purchase 2024 Astros Single-Game Tickets by registering.

Registration for the opportunity to purchase a limited number of single-game tickets per game for 2024 Houston Astros regular season home games between July 9, 2024 and September 25, 2024, subject to availability and restrictions, played at Minute Maid Park in Houston, TX ("Tickets") will begin at 10:00a.m. Central Time ("CT") on Monday June 10, 2024, and will end at 11:59 p.m. CT on June 17, 2024 (the "Registration Period"). Houston Astros, LLC ("Houston Astros") will conduct a random drawing on or around June 18, 2024, from among the pool of eligible registrations received during the Registration Period ("Eligible Registrations"). Each eligible registrant whose Eligible Registration is selected in the random drawing (each, a "Drawing Winner") will be notified (and given information on when they will receive a unique password) by Wednesday, June 19, 2024, via the e-mail address submitted on the registration form and will receive the opportunity to purchase a limited number of single-game Tickets, subject to availability and restrictions, per game between July 9, 2024 and September 25, 2024 at a date and time to be indicated in the e-mail, on a first-come, first-served basis. Being selected as a Drawing Winner does not guarantee you will be able to purchase Ticket(s) for any Houston Astros game. If a Drawing Winner does not provide a valid e-mail address or follow the instructions in the e-mail(s), he or she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets through this program. All purchases are subject to cancellation for any individual using multiple e-mails to obtain multiple passwords.

There is no charge to register for this opportunity. There is no obligation to buy a ticket. Because this is a first-come, first-served opportunity there is no guarantee that tickets will be available during the sale. Tickets may include single seats, obstructed view seating and standing room only. There is no assurance that any particular Eligible Registrant will be selected. The likelihood of receiving the opportunity to purchase tickets through this program depends on the number of Eligible Registrations received. Drawing Winners may not transfer this purchase opportunity or presale access. The payment card billing address used to purchase your Tickets must match the address provided on the registration form. Tickets purchased in connection with the drawing are for personal use only, and may not be resold or used for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations have no cash redemptions or substitutions.

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must, at the time of registration, (a) be a legal resident of Texas or Louisiana, (b) be eighteen (18) years of age or older, and (c) have a MLB.com account. To register, you must login to your MLB.com account and complete and submit the entry form located above during the Registration Period. Limit one (1) registration per person. In the case of multiple registrations for the same individual, only the first registration received will be considered. Only registrations submitted to astros.com during the Registration Period will be entered in the random drawing. Registrations generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid. All customers identified utilizing these methods to acquire tickets will be contacted and order will be cancelled.

• 2024 SINGLE GAME TICKET PRESALE WINNERS NOTIFIED VIA E-MAIL BY: No later than 5:00 p.m. CT on Wednesday, June 19, 2024
• 2024 SINGLE GAME TICKET PRESALE FOR WINNERS: Details will be communicated via e-mail notification

NOTE: MLB game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or Houston Astros, as applicable, and may be subject to change. All tickets purchased in connection with the drawing shall be subject to those policies applicable to Houston Astros tickets generally; as such Houston Astros from time to time in its sole discretion may amend policies.

Please be sure to provide an accurate e-mail address at the time of registration. Neither MLB Advanced Media, L.P. nor Houston Astros is responsible for any e-mail notifications that are bounced back or misdirected or for registrations not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections.

Only eligible individuals that have completed the ticket opportunity registration form during the Registration Period and have been declared a Drawing Winner will have the opportunity to purchase Tickets through this program.

The public on-sale will be a later date than this special pre-sale opportunity.
