THIS CHARTER SEAT LICENSE AGREEMENT (this "agreement") is entered into by and between Houston Astros, LLC. ("Licensor") and the individual or entity executing this agreement as Licensee (the "Licensee").
*All Charter Seat License purchases are nonrefundable.
