Future Astros Program Mission
The Houston Astros are proud to continue to deliver the Future Astros Program, presented by Houston Methodist.. The intent is to continue to grow into the premier youth sports program in the state of Texas while continuing relationships between the Astros and youth sports organizations across the state of Texas.
In six years, the program has grown to include 72 leagues and over 28,000 kids. Leagues from across Texas and Louisiana participated in this win-win opportunity to team up with their hometown Astros. The Future Astros Program is simple; our goal is to help encourage every child to participate in a sport and to help generate funds for every youth sports program in Texas.

Coaches Clinic and Grounds Keeping 101
This is a private event held at Minute Maid Park for your league's coaches and volunteers to learn the Astros way of baseball. We partner with our Houston Astros Youth Academy and presenting sponsor Houston Methodist to provide knowledge and tactics that will boost confidence within your league's coaching staff. While this clinic is geared towards first and second year coaches we highly encourage all coaches and volunteers to participate in this beneficial event. We will cover topics such as how to run a practice, skill & drills, positive coaching etc.

Batting Practice Passes and Game Day Tickets
This is a unique experience to watch the Houston Astros take batting practice before an Astros game. This experience comes with four (4) batting practice passes and four (4) game day tickets.

Take 5 Swings Batting Practice Experience
This is an exclusive on-field event to take batting practice on the field at Minute Maid Park. Each person will take five (5) swings at home plate from a human operated pitching machine.
The Astros will provide the following:
- Equipment including balls, wooden bats and batting helmets
- Pitching machine
- Music during batting practice
- Light refreshments
- Memories that will last a lifetime
The event date along with additional details will be provided to you by your Houston Astros Representative at a later date.

Future Astros Exclusive Autograph Session
This is an exclusive opportunity to meet an Astros player and get their autograph!
NOTE: Game tickets are not required for admission into the autograph session. Separate game tickets are available for purchase. Please call the Group Sales Department at 713-259-8030.
