Vice President, Strategy & Analytics
Michael Dillon joined the Astros organization in June of 2012 and now enters his eighth full season with the ballclub. In his role as Vice President of Strategy and Analytics, Mike utilizes research and data analytics to develop a deeper understanding of the Astros fan base in order to provide a meaningful fan experience both inside and outside of the ballpark. Mike also works with the Astros Ticketing, Premium Sponsorship, Business Operations and Community Relations departments to optimize revenue and coordinate organization-wide efforts.
Prior to joining the Astros, Mike was a management consultant at Bain & Co., where he worked on a variety of projects in diverse industries, including consumer packaged goods, financial services and technology.
Mike spent his entire academic career at Harvard, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Government, law degree, and MBA. He currently serves on the Board of the Harvard Club of Houston. Originally from Sharon, Mass., Mike now resides in the Montrose area of Houston with his wife, Kimberly.
