Halos unveil 2013 Spring Training slate

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Angels announced their Spring Training schedule on Monday, a slate that includes home games against the Giants (Feb. 27 and March 24), Dodgers (March 1) and Rangers (March 27).

Tickets can be purchased starting Dec. 20 at 9 a.m. PT.

The Angels, who will train in Tempe, Ariz., for a 21st straight season, open their 33-game Cactus League schedule Feb. 23, in a split-squad game against the Cubs at Tempe Diablo Stadium and against the Giants in Scottsdale Stadium. Ahead of the World Baseball Classic, the Angels will also host an international-friendly match with Team Italy on March 6.

The Angels leave Arizona after their March 27 game against Texas, then take part in the usual three-game exhibition set against the Dodgers in Southern California. The cross-town rivalry will be played at Angel Stadium March 28 and 30, with Dodger Stadium serving as the venue on March 29. On April 1, the Angels open the regular season in Cincinnati for the first time.

Tickets for Cactus League games will be available at angels.com, via the Ticketmaster national sales line (1-800-745-3000) or SoCal sales line (714-663-9000) and through all Arizona-based Ticketmaster outlets. They can be purchased at the Tempe Diablo Stadium ticket office beginning Feb. 9.

Individual tickets at Tempe Diablo Stadium range from $12 to $34, with the club also offering $47 all-inclusive tickets at the Honey Brown Upper Pavilion, with unlimited food and non-alcoholic drinks. Season tickets for the 18-game home Cactus League slate -- which doesn't include the exhibition games at Angel Stadium -- range from $180 to $612.
