Twins recall Curtiss from Rochester

The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have recalled right-handed pitcher John Curtiss from Triple-A Rochester. Curtiss appeared in five games for the Red Wings, allowing three runs on seven hits in 9.1 innings pitched with two walks and 17 strikeouts.
Curtiss will take the 25-man roster spot of right-handed pitcher Tyler Duffey, who was optioned to Rochester after yesterday afternoon's game.
