Twins Announce 2025 Schedule

MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN – The Minnesota Twins, in conjunction with Major League Baseball, today announced their preliminary schedule for the 2025 regular season, the club’s 65th campaign in Twins Territory.

The Twins begin the 2025 season with their earliest Opening Day game ever, a Thursday, March 27 Interleague contest against the St. Louis Cardinals at Busch Stadium. The opener, Minnesota’s second ever against a National League foe after previously playing at Milwaukee to start the 2021 campaign, is the first of a six-game roadtrip through St. Louis (3 games) and Chicago (3 games against the White Sox). The Twins host Houston at Target Field on Thursday, April 3, marking Minnesota’s second Home Opener vs. the Astros (also a 3-2, 10-inning victory in 2023).

The Twins and Milwaukee Brewers play a pair of three-game Border Battle sets, with Minnesota visiting American Family Field on May 16-18 as part of MLB’s new “Rivalry Weekend” showcase. The Brewers play at Target Field from June 20-22.

Aside from the home-and-home with the Brewers, the Twins’ 2025 Interleague home and road slates swap opponents from this season. For the third season of MLB’s balanced schedule in which the Twins play all 29 teams at least once, Minnesota welcomes the following National League clubs to Target Field in 2025: the New York Mets (April 14-16), San Francisco Giants (May 9-11), Brewers (June 20-22), Chicago Cubs (July 8-10), Pittsburgh Pirates (July 11-13), Washington Nationals (July 25-27), San Diego Padres (August 29-31) and Arizona Diamondbacks (September 12-14). The Twins play at the Cardinals (March 27-30), Atlanta Braves (April 18-20), Brewers (May 16-18), Cincinnati Reds (June 17-19), Miami Marlins (July 1-3), Colorado Rockies (July 18-20), Los Angeles Dodgers (July 21-23) and Philadelphia Phillies (September 26-28).

The Twins’ 2025 schedule features 15 home games in the month of April, 15 in May, 13 in June, 12 in July, 13 in August and 13 in September.
