Dodgers to celebrate 11th annual LGBTQ+ Night, presented by Blue Shield of California, at Dodger Stadium on Friday, June 14 vs. the Kansas City Royals

LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Dodgers will play host to their 11th annual LGBTQ+ Pride Night at Dodger Stadium, presented by Blue Shield of California, on Friday, June 14. Fans will enjoy a host of celebratory activities both before and after the 7:10 p.m. matchup against the Kansas City Royals. Tickets are on sale now at Dodgers.com/tickets.

The Dodgers are proud to continue their longstanding partnership with LA Pride to host the Pride Night party in the centerfield plaza, beginning at 5:10 p.m. until first pitch. Produced by non-profit organization Christopher Street West Association, LA Pride is Southern California’s largest LGBTQ+ celebration and producer of LA's official, original Pride parade for more than 50 years.

Out in the plaza, fans will be able to enjoy dance lessons from Stud Country, a group that honors the rich history of LGBTQ+ cowboy culture. In addition, fans can vibe to the sounds of LA based DJ Brizzle, while also jumping into a “Vogue Off.” LA Pride Board President Gerald Garth, GLAAD, Vice President, Communications & Talent Anthony Allen Ramos and actress, comedian, and writer Sherry Cola will be the guest judges for the contest.

At 5:30 p.m., OutLoud Sports will host a kickball championship game in the Dodger outfield. OutLoud Sports is the nation’s original queer+ recreational sports leagues, founded in 2007 and proudly representing over 60,000 LGBTQIA+ and allied athletes across the US.

The National Anthem will be sung on Pride Night by Destiny Rogers, a California native, singer, songwriter and guitarist. She has performed at festivals like SXSW, Camp Flog Gnaw and most recently OutLoud Music festival.

Dodger players and coaches will once again wear special LGBTQ+ Pride Night hats and all fans who purchased a special ticket pack at dodgers.com/LAPride will receive an exclusive Dodger LGBTQ+ jersey upon entering stadium gates.
