Following last night’s game, the Yankees optioned RHP Yoendrys Gómez to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
Additionally on Wednesday, LHP Clayton Andrews elected free agency in lieu of accepting an outright assignment.
Prior to tonight’s game, the Yankees recalled RHP Jake Cousins (#61) from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
