Washington Nationals Homestand Highlights vs. New York Mets (June 3-5) & Atlanta Braves (June 6-9)

Following a seven-game road trip, the Washington Nationals return to Nationals Park to host two straight divisional series, with a three-game set vs. the New York Mets followed by a four-game series against the Atlanta Braves. The fifth homestand of the season is packed with fun promotions and events for fans of all ages, including a Nationals soccer jersey giveaway, UK-US Friendship Day, Night OUT and the first show of the Nationals Postgame Summer Concert Series featuring four-time GRAMMY nominee Flo Rida. • Lou Gehrig Day Recognition

• Major League Baseball’s fourth annual Lou Gehrig Day honors the life and legacy of Lou Gehrig while also raising awareness for ALS. The Washington Nationals are proud to recognize this important event during the team’s first home game following the league-wide recognitions that occurred on June 2.

• Since 2023, Washington Nationals President of Baseball Operations and General Manager Mike Rizzo and his wife Jodi have teamed up with Nationals Philanthropies to “Strike Out ALS” – a cause that is personal to Rizzo and his family.

• Proceeds from Monday’s 5050 Raffle will support the local chapter of the ALS Association as well as I AM ALS.

• The 5050 Raffle Early Bird Prize will be an authentic Lou Gehrig Day baseball signed by Mike Rizzo.

      • The Nationals Youth Baseball Academy is the signature program of Nationals Philanthropies. Now in its 10th year of programming, the Academy has served more than 6,000 D.C. youngsters through a continuum of free programs designed to foster their positive character development, academic achievement and improved health.

    • The Washington Nationals are teaming up with local professional sports teams for the third consecutive year to highlight their commitment to community safety and ending gun violence. Together, the teams have raised over $200,000 for gun violence intervention programs in the last two years.

    • This year, proceeds from Saturday’s 5050 Raffle will benefit the Everytown’s Community Safety Fund, and fans can donate to the cause directly at give.nats4good.org/SafeDCNow.

    • Team UP Festival

      • Now in its ninth year, Team UP includes 33 leagues across DC, Viriginia and Maryland, supporting more than 1,400 teams and more than 18,000 children. Designed to defray costs by providing uniform merchandise and remove barriers to entry for the sport, Team UP has collective saved local leagues and players more than $2 million dollars while helping provide opportunities that cultivate a passion for baseball.

      • Team UP participants and coaches receive free tickets to the game and are invited to arrive early to enjoy family-friendly activations at the ballpark, including the opportunity to engage in a Player Q&A, autograph signings (first come, first served basis) and more.

    • Family Fun Days

      • Signature Sundays - Every Sunday home game, two Nationals players, coaches or broadcasters will be available for autographs down the first base line near the Nationals dugout prior to the game. The Nationals will provide vouchers at Section 103 on a first-come, first-served basis for fans of all ages to take part, weather permitting.

      • Sundays are family fun days at Nationals Park. Along with season-long amenities like the family picnic area and Nationals Park Kids Zone, Sunday games include:

      KIDS EAT FREE PRESENTED BY MARS

      • At every home game for the remainder of the season, kids ages 12 and under will be able to get a free kids meal that includes one Hebrew National hot dog, a bottled water, a bag of chips and Topps baseball cards (while supplies last).

      • Vegetarian hot dog meals and gluten-free kids meals are also available at select concession stands.

      • To redeem the kids meal, fans must scan their ticket with their child present at one of the designated concessions locations by the end of the seventh inning.

      • Meals may be picked up at the Kids Eat Free kiosks by Sections 111 and 143, the Nats Dog stand at Section 229 and the Section 314 Grand Slam Grill.

      • When picking up the kids meal, fans have the option to make a donation to Washington Nationals Philanthropies – the official charitable arm of the Washington Nationals – to help achieve their goal of donating 100,000 meals to the local community. A donation of $4 helps provide a meal to a neighbor in need.

      NATIONALS PHILANTHROPIES 5050 RAFFLE

      • The 5050 Raffle is available for all home games this season, offering fans the chance to win big cash prizes while supporting the community impact work of Nationals Philanthropies.
      • Online ticket sales will open three hours before first pitch, and tickets will also be available inside Nationals Park at the kiosks located by sections 108, 138, 240 and 312 or from roving sellers through the middle of the 7th inning.
      • Tickets can be purchased using cash, credit and debit cards at 3 for $10, 30 for $20, 120 for $40, and 400 for $100.

      NATIONALS PARK ENTRY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

      • Go-Ahead Entry

        • Go-Ahead Entry uses facial authentication technology to streamline the ticket-scanning experience, allowing ticket holders who have opted-in to the service to enter the ballpark at dedicated gates at full walking speed without stopping.

        • A new addition to the entry process, the Nationals are incorporating MLB Go-Ahead Entry at the ballpark this season.

        • Go-Ahead Entry is an alternative option to the traditional ticket scanning process and is optional for fans.

        • Nationals Park has four Go-Ahead Entry stanchions: two at Center Field Gates, one at Right Field Gate and one at First Base Gate.

        • All fans will still go through the CEIA OPENGATE™ security screening, implemented in 2022 and used at all entrances.

      • Water Bottles

      • Nationals Park continues to allow clear, factory-sealed or empty plastic water bottles no larger than one liter. Metal and glass water bottles are not allowed, nor are frozen water bottles. Only one water bottle per person is permitted.

      • Water bottle refill stations are available throughout the ballpark.

      • Bag Policy

      • All bags larger than a clutch must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and may not be larger than 16 x 16 x 8 inches. Fans may bring a clutch (5” x 7” x ¾” or smaller) in addition to or instead of a clear bag.

      • Fans with diaper or medical bags may use ADA/Family lanes at the Center Field and Home Plate gates to have their items inspected.

      • Binbox is available for fans whose bags do not comply with ballpark regulations.
