Twins to unveil 2024 Nike MLB City Connect uniform on Monday, June 10
MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN – The Minnesota Twins today announced plans to reveal the club’s 2024 Nike MLB City Connect uniform on Monday, June 10 with a day-long celebration on Target Plaza, located outside Gates 29 and 34 at Target Field, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and leading into that evening’s 6:40 p.m. home game vs. the Colorado Rockies. The June 10 festivities will kick off the Twins’ City Connect Launch Week, which includes the uniform’s first two on-field uniform appearances on Friday, June 14 and Saturday, June 15 (both games vs. the Oakland Athletics).
Minnesota Twins Nike City Connect Reveal Celebration (Monday, June 10)
The Twins will reveal their Nike City Connect uniform on Monday, June 10. The day’s Target Plaza festivities are free to the public and include the exclusive first opportunity for fans to purchase the jersey, cap and apparel collection; live art and music; a complementary ballpark lunch (while supplies last); an appearance by Twins mascot T.C.; and more. The full schedule:
- 6:00 a.m. to 6:40 p.m. – Live Target Plaza art displays and photo opportunities featuring local artists
- 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. – Twins New Era Team Store open exclusively to Twins Season Ticket Holders
- 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Twins New Era Team Store open to the public (including special offers)
- 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – Photo opportunities with Twins mascot T.C. on Target Plaza
- 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. – Live music from DJ Blasé on Target Plaza
- 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. – Free ballpark lunch on Target Plaza (hot dog, chips and Pepsi, while supplies last)
- 5:30 p.m. – Target Field gates open (game ticket required)
- 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. – Photo opportunities with current Twins players (game ticket required)
- 6:40 p.m. – First pitch, Twins vs. Colorado Rockies (game ticket required)
Minnesota Twins Nike City Connect First On-Field Wear Games (Friday, June 14 and Saturday, June 15)
The Twins will debut their new City Connect uniforms on the field on Friday, June 14 (7:10 p.m. first pitch) and Saturday, June 15 (1:10 p.m. first pitch), when the club hosts the Oakland Athletics at Target Field. Stone Arch Bridge Festival – Special Twins City Connect Area (Saturday, June 15 and Sunday, June 16)
The Twins, Nike and Fanatics welcome fans to take part in a variety of fun-filled activities at a special City Connect area, located beneath the west side of the Hennepin Avenue Bridge at Minneapolis’ famous Stone Arch Bridge Festival.
