Twins recall Jair Camargo

Camargo has played in 74 games for Triple-A St. Paul this season, hitting .212 (60-for-283) with 16 doubles, 12 home runs, 51 RBI and 25 walks. Camargo played in five games for the Twins across three stints with the club earlier this season, going 0-for-6 with a walk and a run scored.

To make room for Camargo on the 28-man roster, the Twins have optioned right-handed pitcher Simeon Woods Richardson. Woods Richardson made 28 starts for Minnesota this season, going 5-5 with a 4.17 ERA (133.2 IP, 62 ER), 48 walks, 117 strikeouts and a 1.29 WHIP.
