CITY CONNECT FRIDAY

The Orioles will wear their City Connect jerseys at each Friday home game throughout the regular season. This year, every City Connect Friday will be dedicated to Harlem Park Elementary Middle School. As part of the Orioles’ Adopt-A-School campaign, Harlem Park students and staff will attend batting practice and participate in pregame ceremonies. Orioles players and coaching staff will also wear Harlem Park themed batting practice shirts.

“PLAY BALL” ANNOUNCEMENT: Harlem Park Elementary Middle School Students

Students from HARLEM PARK ELEMENTARY MIDDLE SCHOOL will yell the ceremonial “play ball” prior to the game.

FIRST PITCH: Beth Behrs

BERHS, known for her role as Caroline Channing in the hit comedy "2 Broke Girls," will throw out the ceremonial first pitch prior to the game. Behrs grew up in Pennsylvania and Virginia and is a big Baltimore sports fan. She now stars on the CBS show, "The Neighborhood.”

GIVEAWAY: City Connect Reversible Floppy Hat

The first 20,000 fans ages 21 and over will receive a CITY CONNECT REVERSIBLE FLOPPY HAT, presented by Coors Light.

All fans are invited to stay postgame for FRIDAY FIREWORKS, presented by SeatGeek.

O’s alumni BORDICK, BUMBRY, SHEETS, and SWAGGERTY will be on Eutaw Street near the New Era cap store from 5:30-6:30 p.m. to sign autographs for fans, free of cost.

BERKS LIVE HOT DOG RACE

The Camden Franks will compete against one another live at Oriole Park. Ketchup, Mustard, and Relish will race around the right field warning track and down the first base line. Fans will have the opportunity to see the Camden Franks in the Live Hot Dog Race at Oriole Park at Camden Yards during select home games this year. FIRST PITCH: Cam Spencer

SPENCER, a Davidson, Md., native and 2024 NCAA Men’s Basketball National Champion with UConn, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch prior to the game. Spencer started in all 40 games throughout the Huskies’ winning season and was drafted 53rd overall by the Memphis Grizzlies in the 2024 NBA Draft. Spencer graduated from The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland and played three years of college basketball at Loyola University (MD).

EARLY BIRD SATURDAY, presented by Coors Light

Gates will open to fans two hours prior to the first pitch every Saturday home game this season. This Saturday, LUSH, a DMV-based rock cover band, will perform for fans in Legends Park from 2-3:45 p.m. Fans can also enjoy special happy hour deals at Legends Park from 2-3 p.m., including select $5 16 oz. domestic beers as well as $2.50 soft pretzels and popcorn.

Community: Orioles and UMPS Care Welcome Casey Cares Foundation

The Orioles and UMPS Care Charities, the official philanthropy of the MLB Umpires, will host a family from the Casey Cares Foundation at the game. As part of their visit, the family will get to watch batting practice and participate in a meet-and-greet with the game’s umpires. The Casey Cares Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides ongoing and uplifting programming to critically ill children and their families.

BIRDLAND COMMUNITY HERO, presented by BGE: Jahlik Mathis

The Orioles will recognize MATHIS, founder of POLICE AND SNEAKS, as their Birdland Community Hero. Police and Sneaks aims to foster positive interactions and improve relationships between law enforcement and minority communities by providing footwear to Baltimore city youth. In honor of Mathis’ recognition, the Orioles Charitable Foundation will make a $5,000 donation to Police and Sneaks.

NATIONAL ANTHEM: Jesse Neace

NEACE will perform her rendition of the national anthem from behind home plate prior to the game. She will also perform “America the Beautiful” from on top of the Orioles dugout during the seventh inning.

SUNDAY, JULY 28

MO GABA DAY

The Orioles will host the third annual MO GABA DAY, celebrating the life and legacy of Orioles Hall of Famer MO GABA on the fourth anniversary of his passing. The Orioles will be joined by Mo’s mom, SONSY, his longtime aid LYNN, and numerous family, friends, and caretakers from Johns Hopkins Children’s Center. As part of the day, the Orioles will recognize the 2024 Mo Gaba Award winners for their outstanding positivity and perseverance. Sonsy and Lynn will participate in a pregame ceremony, for DELLA, a student at Crofton Meadows Elementary School and RILEY, a student at Rollins Knolls Elementary School.

HEROES CORNER, presented by The Good Feet Store: Johns Hopkins Children’s Center

In celebration of MO GABA DAY, the Orioles will donate tickets to JOHNS HOPKINS CHILDREN’S CENTER as part of their Heroes Corner program, presented by The Good Feet Store. Founded in 2021, the Heroes Corner program serves as a way for the Orioles to say thank you and show appreciation for frontline workers and volunteers in the community.

FIRST PITCH: Mike Locksley

LOCKSLEY, the current Head Coach of the University of Maryland’s football team, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch prior to the game. A Washington, D.C. native, Locksley returned home to the DMV in December of 2018 after being named the 37th head football coach of the Maryland Terrapins. He has led the Terps to back-to-back eight-win seasons for the first time in two decades, including a Music City Bowl victory over Auburn this past December.

NATIONAL ANTHEM: Ellen Kane

KANE will perform her rendition of the national anthem from behind home plate prior to the game. She will also perform “God Bless America” from on top of the Orioles dugout during the seventh inning.

IN THE COMMUNITY: Swinging For Impact with Austin Hays and Cedric Mullins

O’s outfielders AUSTIN HAYS and CEDRIC MULLINS, along with Big League Impact and the Baltimore Orioles, will host a Swinging for Impact event at Top Golf Baltimore following Sunday’s game. Proceeds from the event will benefit City of Refuge Baltimore, a faith-based organization that helps individuals and families transition out of crisis.

MILITARY SUITES, presented by RBR-Technologies: Maryland Air National Guard

The Orioles will invite military members from MARYLAND AIR NATIONAL GUARD’s 175th Security Forces Squadron to the ballpark as part of their Military Suites Program, presented by RBR-Technologies. Proficient in all aspects of air-base defense, domestic operations, and law enforcement, the 175th Security Forces is responsible for defending Air Force resources, personnel, and installations. Together, the Orioles and RBR-Technologies will provide the group with a complimentary catered suite, O's themed military hats and t-shirts, and an in-game welcome.

GIVEAWAY: Adley Rutschman Switch-Hitter Bobblehead, presented by Maryland Department of Transportation

The first 25,000 fans ages 15 and over will receive an ADLEY RUTSCHMAN SWITCH-HITTER BOBBLEHEAD, presented by the Maryland Department of Transportation. The bobbleheads will be randomly distributed at gates and may not be exchanged.

KIDS RUN THE BASES, presented by Weis Markets

All fans ages 4 to 14 will have the opportunity to run the bases following the game.

MONDAY, JULY 29

FIRST PITCH: Jamie Costello

COSTELLO, a longtime reporter for WMAR 2 News, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch prior to the game. After 37 years with the news station, Costello retired this past June.

FIRST PITCH: Oliver Glasner, Crystal Palace

GLASNER, manager of the Premier League football club Crystal Palace, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch prior to the game. Crystal Palace and Wolverhampton will face off at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium on Wednesday, July 31, as part of The Stateside Cup.

NATIONAL ANTHEM AND O CANADA: Jennifer Bellerose

BELLEROSE will perform her rendition of the national anthem and O Canada from behind home plate prior to the game.

MARYLAND PUBLIC LIBRARIES SUMMER READING PROGRAM NIGHT

As part of the Maryland Public Libraries Summer Reading Program, the Orioles have donated game tickets to 22 public library systems throughout the state of Maryland. Program participants will attend the game in celebration of completing their respective county library’s summer reading requirements.

TUESDAY, JULY 30

FIRST PITCH: Mark Viviano

VIVIANO, a longtime reporter and sports director for WJZ, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch prior to the game. After 40 years in the industry, Viviano retired on July 18. In fulfillment of his lifelong dream, Viviano will also join the Orioles radio and MASN broadcast during the game.

WOLVERHAMPTON F.C. VISIT: Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C.

Ahead of their matchup against Crystal Palace at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium on July 31, members of the Premier League football club Wolverhampton will attend the game. MATT DOHERTY, a player on Wolverhampton, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch prior to the game. As part of the visit, 2009 Wolverhampton Hall of Fame inductee STEVE BULL will be on Eutaw Street near the New Era store from 5:30-6 p.m. to participate in a meet and greet with fans. Bull scored 306 goals as a member of the Wolves, including 18 hat tricks, both club records.

THE GLEN ECHOES QUARTET will perform their rendition of the national anthem and O Canada from behind home plate prior to the game.

HEROES CORNER, presented by The Good Feet Store: Johns Hopkins Clinical Microbiology Lab

The Orioles will donate tickets to JOHNS HOPKINS CLINICAL MICROBIOLOGY LAB as part of their Heroes Corner program, presented by The Good Feet Store. The Johns Hopkins Microbiology Lab provides medical diagnoses for nearly 400,000 patient specimens annually. Founded in 2021, the Heroes Corner program serves as a way for the Orioles to say thank you and show appreciation for frontline workers and volunteers in the community.

Members of Orange and Black Gives Back, the Orioles employee volunteer program, will join THE MOVEMENT TEAM to help pack 500 backpacks with school supplies to ensure that kids in Baltimore City are ready for the upcoming school year. The Movement Team is a non-profit organization that provides high-quality, direct support services to youth, their families, and the broader community in Baltimore.

HEACOCK, a Catonsville native and lacrosse player for the Maryland Whipsnakes of the Premier Lacrosse League, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch prior to the game. Heacock is a two-time PLL All-Star and played collegiate lacrosse at the University of Maryland, where he won a National Championship in 2017.

DAY CAMP DAY

The Orioles will welcome more than 3,000 kids as part of their annual Day Camp Day.

ORIOLE PARK PROMOS

50/50 RAFFLE AT ORIOLE PARK AT CAMDEN YARDS

The Orioles will host a 50/50 Raffle at each regular season home game to benefit a charity in the Baltimore community and the Ted Williams Foundation, giving fans the opportunity to make a direct impact across Birdland while trying to hit the jackpot at Camden Yards. Raffle tickets may be purchased from uniformed raffle-ticket sellers and via QR codes throughout the ballpark until the end of the 7th inning. The winning number will be announced in the bottom of the eighth inning. This homestand, the 50/50 Raffles will benefit Elev8 Baltimore and the Orioles Charitable Foundation. Elev8 Baltimore partners with schools, families, and the community to ensure that every student is prepared for high school, college, career, and life. The Orioles Charitable Foundation supports local civic and charitable organizations with the goal of enriching the lives of fans throughout Birdland.
