The stars shine bright at MLB All-Star Saturday from Dodger Stadium on July 16
Major League Baseball today announced a star-studded lineup of events for its first-ever All-Star Saturday during All-Star Week in Los Angeles. The action takes place on Saturday, July 16 from historic Dodger Stadium.
Global superstar and Inglewood native Becky G takes the stage for the MGM Rewards All-Star Saturday Extra Innings concert. The multiplatinum, award-winning singer, songwriter and actress released her second studio album, ESQUEMAS, this May, which debuted at No. 1 on the "Latin Pop Albums" Chart and No. 5 on the Billboard Hot Latin Album Chart. Her global smash hit “MAMIII” with Karol G, which has amassed over 750 million streams worldwide since release and is certified DIAMOND by RIAA Latin. Her debut album Mala Santa has been certified Platinum 8 times in the United States. The Mexican American superstar has won the American Music Award for Favorite Latin Female Artist two years in a row (2020 and 2021) and the E! People's Choice Award for The Latin Artist of 2020.
Becky G’s performance culminates a blockbuster day of events at Dodger Stadium for All-Star Saturday, following the SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game and the 2022 MGM Rewards All-Star Celebrity Softball Game. All three events are included with the purchase of an All-Star Saturday ticket, which are now available for sale at AllStarGame.com.
MLB also announced the first wave of celebrities scheduled to participate in the 2022 MGM Rewards All-Star Celebrity Softball Game, featuring stars from music, stage, screen and sports. Final rosters will be announced in early July:
