Texas Rangers Announce Management Promotions in Business Operations

Arlington, Texas—The Texas Rangers today announced several promotions in the club’s senior business management group.

--Jim Cochrane promoted to Executive Vice President, Partnerships & Client Services

--Mike Healy promoted to Executive Vice President, Venue Operations & Guest Experience

--Erin Kearney promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel

--Mike Bullock promoted to Senior Vice President, Information Technology

--Travis Dillon promoted to Senior Vice President, Marketing

Cochrane, who has spent 25 years with the Rangers’ organization, will continue to oversee the team’s partnerships group while adding leadership responsibilities for ticket and premium sales and service and business analytics. He became Vice President, Corporate Sales in 2010 and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Partnerships and Client Services, in 2014.

Healy joined the Rangers as Vice President, Ballpark Operations & Guest Services in 2019 and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Venue Operations & Guest Experience the following year. He has oversight of all facility operations and guest services at Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium. Healy spent the previous 13 years at Vice President, Park Operations for the Detroit Tigers and Comerica Park.

Kearney was hired as a fulltime employee by the Rangers as Senior Corporate Counsel in January 2020 after previously being retained as an outside counsel since 2017. She has worked with the law firm of DLA Piper in its New York office during her legal career.

Bullock is in his 20th year with the Rangers after being hired as Senior Director, Information Technology in March 2004. He was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2008 and to Vice President in 2010.

Dillon joined the Texas organization as Vice President, Marketing in September 2018 after 13 years with the Marketing Arm in Dallas, the final three as a Senior Vice President.
