Minnesota Twins Homestand Highlights Tuesday, July 16 - Wednesday, July 24
The American League Central Division-leading Minnesota Twins will open up their second-half home schedule with a nine-game, three-series homestand at Target Field against the New York Mets (tomorrow-Wednesday), Oakland Athletics (Thursday-Sunday) and New York Yankees (July 22-24).
TICKET AVAILABILTY
Tickets are available for all nine games of the homestand and can be purchased at twinsbaseball.com, by using the MLB Ballpark app, by calling 612-33-TWINS (612-338-9467) or 800-33-TWINS (800-338-9467), or in-person at the Target Field Ticket Office.
INGRESS POLICIES
The Twins have implemented two new policies aimed at speeding fan ingress at Target Field, while still providing a fan-friendly experience and, most importantly, continuing to uphold Major League Baseball guidelines regarding safety and security. “APOLLO AT THE PARK”
In conjunction with the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum, the Twins are proud to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing by displaying a full-sized statue of Neil Armstrong’s Apollo 11 spacesuit at Target Field. The statue is accessible to all fans, and is located just outside the Bat & Barrel entrance on the Delta SKY360° Club level, while the Twins will also celebrate the 50th anniversary during the July 20 game vs. Oakland (please see below).

- 50th Anniversary of Apollo 11 Moon Landing: The Twins will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing, which took place on July 20, 1969, with themed elements before and during the game.
- The first pitch will be thrown by Dr. Duchess Harris, an American Studies Professor at Macalester College, the author of “Hidden Human Computers: The Black Women of NASA” and the granddaughter of Miriam Daniel Mann, who worked for NASA as an expert mathematician from 1943 until 1966.
Sunday, July 21 vs. Oakland Athletics, Presented by U.S. Bank (1:10 p.m.)
- T.C. Build-A-Bear, Presented by U.S. Bank: Courtesy of U.S. Bank, all kids ages 12 and under will receive a Build-A-Bear stuffed animal of Twins mascot T.C. Bear.

Gay For Good: Gay For Good aims to energize and mobilize the LGBTQ community to interact with the greater community by volunteering time to various social welfare and environmental service projects. The organization hopes to, over time, support goodwill and understanding between the LGBTQ and greater city communities through regular collaborative volunteer service projects.
