Geraldo Perdomo selected to first All-Star Game; D-backs to have 4 All-Stars in Seattle

D-backs infielder Geraldo Perdomo was named a National League All-Star, replacing the Cubs’ Dansby Swanson, in the 2023 All-Star Game on Tuesday in Seattle, as announced this afternoon by Major League Baseball on social media. Perdomo becomes the D-backs’ fourth All-Star, joining starting outfielder Corbin Carroll, right-handed pitcher Zac Gallen, and Lourdes Gurriel Jr..
