Angels host Oakland, Colorado and New York (NL) in ten-game homestand
The Angels host their ninth homestand of the year from July 25 – August 4. The homestand will open with a four-game series against the Athletics, continue with a three-game series against the Rockies, and conclude with a three-game series against the Mets. Below is a look at the notable events and ceremonies taking place at Angel Stadium over the next 11 days.
THROWBACK WEEK
- On Thursday, July 25 through Thursday, August 1, the Angels will celebrate Throwback Week at The Big A.
- Festivities will include themed in-game entertainment and throwback-oriented giveaways, and the Angels will don their Throwback uniforms for all seven games during the week.
D23 DAY
- On Sunday, August 4, the Angels will celebrate D23 at The Big A. Fans in attendance can partake in themed trivia, photo opportunities, and the first 23,000 fans in attendance will receive a D23 Mickey Mouse Bobblehead.
FIREWORKS
- Fans in attendance of the Saturday night games on July 27 and August 3 will be treated to a postgame firework show driven by your Helpful SoCal Honda Dealers.
FAMILY SUNDAY AND KIDS RUN THE BASES
- On Sunday, July 28 and Sunday, August 4, fans in attendance can enjoy fun family games and activities at the Gate 5 courtyard. The festivities continue postgame, with the opportunity for kids to run the bases.
GIVEAWAYS
- Upon entrance to the game on Friday, July 26, the first 25,000 fans in attendance will receive a Vintage Graphic T-Shirt presented by MemorialCare.
- Upon entrance to the game on Saturday, July 27, the first 25,000 fans in attendance will receive a Mike Trout Throwback Bobblehead presented by Pechanga Resort Casino.
- Upon entrance to the game on Friday, August 2, the first 25,000 fans in attendance will receive a Rally Monkey Hand Puppet presented by Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital.
- Upon entrance to the game on Saturday, August 3, the first 25,000 fans in attendance will receive a Trading Card Pack presented by Topps.
- Upon entrance to the game on Sunday, August 4, the first 23,000 fans in attendance will receive a D23 Mickey Mouse Bobblehead.
