Umpires for Division Series Announced

Major League Baseball today announced the Major League Umpires who have been assigned to the 2024 Division Series presented by Booking.com. The four Division Series crew chiefs will be Dan Bellino, Mark Carlson, James Hoye and Todd Tichenor.

Carlson will lead the umpires involving the American League East Champion New York Yankees, the AL’s top seed, hosting the Kansas City Royals. Tichenor’s crew will work the Division Series that features the second seed, the AL Central Champion Cleveland Guardians, hosting the division rival Detroit Tigers.

In the National League, Bellino’s crew will be on the Division Series with the top seed, the NL West Division Champion Los Angeles Dodgers, welcoming the division rival San Diego Padres. Hoye’s group will work the matchup featuring the second-seeded NL East Champion Philadelphia Phillies hosting the division rival New York Mets.
