Phantastic Auction has launched! Player & alumni experiences, memorabilia & more up for bid to benefit Phillies Charities, Inc.

For the ninth consecutive year, the Phillies and SportsRadio 94WIP are teaming up to host the Phantastic Auction, a phillies.com charity event that gives fans the chance to bid on virtual player and alumni experiences, memorabilia and more.

There are 47 once-in-a-lifetime items featured in this year's auction, with highlights including a virtual hitting lesson with right fielder Bryce Harper, virtual pitching lesson with pitcher Aaron Nola and the chance to design cleats to be worn by Phillies shortstop Didi Gregorius, as well as the opportunity to take batting practice from home plate of Citizens Bank Park off former Phillies pitcher Dan Plesac. Unique memorabilia are also part of the Phantastic Auction including a 2011 NLDS game-used base autographed by Chase Utley, as well as a set of 100 autographed Phillies hats from the past 20 years!

The full list of Phantastic Auction items can be found below and at phillies.com/phantasticauction, with fans having the chance to bid until Friday, June 4, which is also Phillies’ Lou Gehrig Day. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the ALS Association of Greater Philadelphia, as well as Phillies Charities, Inc.

Since the Phillies and SportsRadio 94WIP have hosted the Phantastic Auction, more than one million dollars has been raised to benefit charity.
