Monday, August 19 VS. Minnesota Twins @ 6:40 p.m.

The Padres return home from their 11th road trip of the 2024 season to start their 12th homestand as the club continues to celebrate Petco Park’s 20th Anniversary. The seven-day, seven-game stretch begins today when the Minnesota Twins come to town. With large crowds anticipated, fans are encouraged to arrive early and consider utilizing the Trolley, COASTER or ride share to America’s #1 Ballpark. With just three homestands remaining in the regular season, the Padres are calling on all fans to come cheer on the Padres at Petco Park as the team makes a push for the postseason.

In community partnership with the Japan Society of San Diego and Tijuana and the Japanese Friendship Garden, the Padres are hosting a Japanese Heritage Theme Game Celebration on Monday, presented by Nuna. The Theme Game package includes a limited-edition themed Padres hat, donation to a local community group, and a ticket to the game available for purchase at www.padres.com/themegames.

Fans who missed out on a Padres bobblehead from earlier in the 2024 season have a chance to purchase one through a Bobblehead Replay #2 Theme Game at www.padres.com/themegames. Available bobbleheads feature Manny Machado, Joe Musgrove & Dog Theo, Xander Bogaerts and Ha-Seong Kim (while supplies last and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis).

The Padres will celebrate San Diego 2024 Summer Olympic Games medalists with a pre-game ceremony at home plate before the athletes throw out the first pitch of Monday’s game. Honorees include Jennifer Valente (Women’s Cycling Team Pursuit and Women’s Omnium), Tom Schaar (Men’s Park Skateboarding), Nevin Harrison (Women’s Canoe Single 200m), Brooke Raboutou (Women’s Sport Climbing Boulder & Lead), Sarah Levy (Women’s Rugby) and Kayla Cannet (Women’s Rugby).

Tuesday, August 20 VS. Minnesota Twins @ 6:40 p.m.

Tuesday is highlighted by a Manny Machado Collectible Pin Giveaway, presented by Canel’s. Enclosed in a trading card-style box, the pin showcases Manny blowing a bubble in his City Connect uniform and is available to the first 40,000 fans.

In community partnership with UPSES and the San Diego Portuguese community, the Padres are hosting a Portuguese Heritage Celebration at Petco Park with a dedicated Theme Game Package available at www.padres.com/themegames. The package includes a limited-edition themed Padres hat and a ticket to the Twins vs. Padres game.

Wednesday, August 21 VS. Minnesota Twins @ 3:40 p.m.

The Padres, U.S. District Court Southern District of California and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will host a naturalization ceremony prior to Wednesday’s game to bring people together to enjoy America’s favorite pastime and celebrate this group of immigrants’ journey to citizenship and honor their commitment to America. A group of 50 new citizens representing 25 different countries will take the Oath of Allegiance in unison during the pregame ceremony, joined by the crowd in the Pledge of Allegiance and the National Anthem.

Thursday, August 22 VS. New York Mets @ 6:40 p.m.

Thursday is highlighted by the Tatis Jr. City Connect Bucket Hat Giveaway, presented by UC San Diego Health. The electric pink hat will be available to the first 40,000 fans in attendance.

Join the Padres in celebrating the return of giant pandas to the San Diego Zoo with the purchase of a San Diego Zoo Night Theme Game Package. This dedicated package includes a limited-edition giant panda bobblehead and a ticket to the Mets vs. Padres game, available at www.padres.com/themegames.

Season Ticket Members are encouraged to arrive early on Thursday to watch the Padres take batting practice prior to the game. Members can enter through East Village Gate as early as 3:00 p.m., with select Members receiving a credential to sit in designated seating closer to the field. Custom Rawlings baseballs with golden stitches will be mixed in during Padres batting practice, and the lucky fans who catch or retrieve the golden balls will be able to redeem them for a replica Padres jersey of their choice at the Padres Team Store.

Friday, August 23 VS. New York Mets @ 6:40 p.m.

The Padres will celebrate Italian Heritage on Friday in community partnership with the Little Italy Association of San Diego, the Italian Community Center, Convivio and the San Diego Italian community. A limited-edition Padres-themed hat, donation to a local community group and a ticket to the Mets vs. Padres game is available exclusively with the purchase of an Italian Heritage Celebration Theme Game Package at www.padres.com/themegames.

City Connect Friday returns as the Padres will wear their Nike San Diego City Connect jersey on the field Friday featuring iconic California imagery with the vibrant colors of the Baja peninsula, honoring a blend of cultures that makes the city so special. The jersey evokes a pink and yellow sunset dropping behind the Pacific Ocean on a clear summer day. Party in the Park: City Connect presented by Southwest Airlines returns Friday, featuring live music and $5 drink specials in Gallagher Square from 4:00-6:30 p.m. Fans may enter in Gallagher Square at 4:00 p.m., with all other Member and Public Gates opening at 4:30 p.m.

Saturday, August 24 VS. New York Mets @ 5:40 p.m.

Fans are invited to join churches from around Southern California for Faith & Family Night on Saturday, a special night of unity and fellowship. Following the Padres game, fans with tickets through a dedicated Faith & Family Night Theme Game Package can enjoy a program featuring Miles McPherson of the Rock Church in Gallagher Square, as well as a Q&A with Padres players hosted by team chaplain Geoff Horn and live worship music. The Padres House Band presented by Nova Kombucha returns Saturday and will perform on the Sycuan Stage at the brand-new Gallager Square prior to the game, featuring a mix of rock, oldies, pop and country music. Additionally, fans can enjoy discounted Nova Kombucha for $10.

Sunday, August 25 VS. New York Mets @ 1:10 p.m.

The first 8,000 kids ages 14 and under in attendance will receive a Kids Giveaway: Padres Tin Lunchbox, presented by Chick-fil-A.

KidsFest presented by SDG&E returns to the newly renovated Gallagher Square with activities including:

Carnival games, airbrush tattoo artists, balloon artists, inflatables and more kid-friendly activities, as well as access to the all-new playground and play area, are available prior to every Sunday home game.

Following the game, for the final time this season, kids 14 and under are invited to run the bases presented by Chick-fil-A. Kids and their families can begin lining up following the conclusion of the eighth inning at the top of the ramp leading to the Craft Pier presented by Ballast Point on K Street.

To recognize and honor our Armed Forces, the Padres have partnered with USAA to bring a Military Appreciation Zone to Petco Park before every Sunday home game. Active-duty service members, veterans and their families, and USAA Members are invited to the USAA Military Appreciation Zone at the top of the Home Plate Gate stairs near section 100 pre-game from 11:00am-1:00pm every Sunday to enjoy food and drink specials starting at $5.

During the pregame ceremonies, there will be a salute to the U.S. Navy presented by USAA on Sunday to recognize and honor the men and women who serve our country. There will be a flyover and nine active duty military members representing the U.S. Navy will take the field with Padres starters as part of Military Takes the Field.
