New at Great American Ball Park in 2024
The Cincinnati Reds have announced several upgrades and enhancements to Great American Ball Park for the 2024 season.
The lineup includes a new “Food Hub” grab ‘n go marketplace on the third base concourse, a fully renovated Lexus Diamond Club, new technology in retail locations and an array of new menu and concessions items from Delaware North, the food service and retail partner at Great American Ball Park.
“The Reds are committed to continuously enhancing the fan experience at Great American Ball Park,” said Phil Castellini, Reds President and Chief Operating Officer. “From upgraded amenities to innovative technologies, we aim to create an unforgettably fun atmosphere where every fan at the ballpark can watch Reds baseball with ease.”
“We worked closely with the Reds during the offseason to evaluate and enhance every element of the fan experience, implementing changes that will allow fans to spend more time in their seats cheering on the Reds,” said Andy Worden, Delaware North’s general manager at the ballpark. “We are excited to welcome fans back to Great American Ball Park and see the new offerings for the 2024 season.”
New Ballpark Features & Upgrades
• Food Hub: Located on the third-base concourse, the Food Hub is a new walk-in, grab ‘n go marketplace featuring concession stands from Penn Station, Wings and Rings and LaRosa’s plus hot dogs, snacks and drink coolers. Thirty-two self-service checkouts have been installed at the Food Hub for faster and more efficient transactions, allowing fans to make quick purchases and get back to watching the game.
• Lexus Diamond Club: The all-inclusive Lexus Diamond Club has been completely redesigned to incorporate a modern aesthetic and enhanced experience. Indoor seating in the climate-controlled club has been expanded to comfortably accommodate guests with access to premium food stations and a fully stocked bar plus a candy wall, gelato bar and ice cream stand. Other new amenities include a 100-inch TV behind the bar and a merchandise kiosk exclusive to the Diamond Club featuring Full-Turn Apparel polos and quarter-zips.
• Fan Zone Fan Accommodations Station featuring stroller parking: A new TriHealth Fan Accommodations Station in the First Star Fan Zone features guest-relations personnel assisting with any questions, comments or concerns that fans might have. Also new is stroller parking inside the Fan Accommodations Station. Complimentary certificates to commemorate a first game, great catch, birthday or anniversary are available in the Fan Zone and at the additional Fan Accommodation Stations behind Sections 119 and 420.
Retail
• Exo Checkouts at the Reds Team Shop: Delaware North is implementing Exo Checkout technology at the main Reds Team Shop on Crosley Terrace. The checkout process features RFID-enabled technology that quickly scans all items a fan places in the checkout station. The checkout process has been further enhanced with the addition of RetailCloud self-service stations, providing a streamlined experience and reducing time spent waiting to purchase merchandise.
• Retail mobile ordering for premium seats: Fans sitting in the Lexus Diamond Club, Boone County Bourbon Press Club and the luxury suites can order Reds merchandise from the Team Shop and have the items delivered directly to their seat.

• 2024 Kids Fan Club Memberships
- Reds Rookies is the official club for our youngest fans up to 3 years of age. New for 2024: membership kits for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Each membership kit includes gear, experiences for families, two game tickets and a scorebook with great offers from Skyline Chili, UDF, Wings and Rings and more.
- Reds Heads is the official kids club for Reds fans ages 3-12. Membership kits include a 2024 jersey and backpack, an exclusive Hunter Greene Bobblehead presented by PNC, trading pins, two game tickets and a scorebook with great offers from Graeter’s, Skyline, Hit Seekers Sports Cards and more.
Food & Concessions
From traditional ballpark fare and local Cincinnati favorites to special creations by Executive Chef Gary Davis, fans will be able to enjoy all the great food and beverages that Great American Ball Park has to offer. Some of the new items for 2024 include:
• Glier’s Goetta Sliders: Glier’s original goetta, topped with American cheese, crispy onions, pickles and habanero hot pepper bacon jam. Served on potato slider rolls.
• Bratter Up: Grilled and skewered Glier’s bratwurst, topped with American cheese, bacon and signature sauce.
• Smoker Nachos: Nacho chips topped with Montgomery Inn pulled chicken or pork, queso cheese, pickled jalapenos, onions, cucumbers and a jalapeño crema sauce.
• Brisket & Cheese Hoagie: Montgomery Inn smoked brisket, topped with peppers, onions, banana peppers, queso cheese and barbeque sauce. Served on a potato sub roll. Available at the Montgomery Inn Smokehouse.
• Hempler’s Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage: Grilled jalapeno cheddar sausage, topped with ballpark kraut and mustard and served on a toasted pretzel bun.
• Skyline Nacho Helmet: Nacho chips topped with Skyline Chili and shredded cheese served in a souvenir Reds helmet. (Debuted in 2023…back by popular demand)

Reds Hall of Fame & Museum
The Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum’s newest exhibit “The Long Ball: A Home Run History of the Reds” presented by Dinsmore is now open to the public.
The exhibit features the greatest home run hitters and most unforgettable home runs throughout Reds history. From the legendary to the unexpected, “The Long Ball” touches all the bases in this celebration of one of the game’s signature moments and salutes the Reds players who have forever etched their names in the annals of home run lore.
Over 150 artifacts will be on display highlighted by items on loan from Reds Hall of Famers Johnny Bench and George Foster including the bat Bench used to hit his final career home run. Game-used bats from over 40 of the top 50 hitters on the Reds’ career home run list are on display.
