Dodger Stadium to host Opening Day on March 30, Jackie Robinson Night on April 15 and the New York Yankees June 2-4.

Major League Baseball today announced its preliminary schedule for the 2023 season, with the Dodgers opening the campaign on Thursday, March 30 vs. the Arizona Diamondbacks at Dodger Stadium. Los Angeles will also be home against the Chicago Cubs on Jackie Robinson night, Saturday, April 15 and will welcome the New York Yankees back to Dodger Stadium for the first time since 2019 from Friday, June 2 to Sunday, June 4.

With the return of the balanced schedule for the first time since 1996, the Dodgers will play one series with every single Major League team either at home or on the road. The season ends on Sunday, October 1 with the Dodgers closing the regular season with a road trip to Colorado (September 26-28) and San Francisco (September 29-October 1).

The Dodgers will once again play host during the holidays in 2023, with home games against the Padres on Mother’s Day (May 14), the Nationals on Memorial Day (May 29), the Giants on Father’s Day (June 18) and the Pirates on Independence Day (July 4). As has been the case for the last several years, the Angels will come to Dodger Stadium for a two-game Freeway series with 2023’s taking place July 7-8.
