Carson Smith undergoes successful surgery
Right-handed pitcher Carson Smith underwent successful surgery on his right shoulder Wednesday. The procedure was performed by Dr. David Altchek at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, NY.
Smith will miss the remainder of the 2018 season.
