Astros to Host World Series Games 3, 4 and 5 vs. LA Dodgers, Starting Tomorrow

The Astros will host the LA Dodgers in Games 3, 4 and 5 of the 2017 World Series presented by YouTube TV here at Minute Maid Park this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 27-29. Friday's Game 3 will begin at 7:20 p.m. CT as Astros RHP Lance McCullers Jr. takes the mound vs. familiar foe RHP Yu Darvish and the Dodgers. Saturday's Game 4 will also begin at 7:20 p.m. CT with Astros veteran RHP Charlie Morton on the bump vs. Dodgers LHP Alex Wood. Game 5 on Sunday is also slated to begin at 7:20 p.m. CT. Last night, the Astros won their first World Series game in franchise history in a dramatic, 11-inning contest. The World Series is now knotted up, 1-1, as the Astros and Dodgers enter Game 3 on Friday.
ASTROS POSTSEASON STREET FESTS, GATE TIMES AND ROOF STATUS
Astros fans of all ages are invited to a Postseason Street Fest prior to each Astros Postseason home game! The Postseason Street Fest takes place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Crawford Street. Fans can enjoy live music, food trucks, inflatables, bar games, photo booths, poster-making stations and much more before the Astros take on the LA Dodgers. The Postseason Street Fest also includes parts of the ballpark including Torchy's Tacos, Saint Arnold Bar, Budweiser Brew House and Shake Shack, located in the center field area of Minute Maid Park. Fans can access the Astros Postseason Street Fest via the Atrium, Left Field Gate and Center Field Gate. A valid game ticket is required for entry. The Postseason Street Fest will remain open with minimal rain, but will close if weather becomes inclement.
Astros fans will be treated to a special performance by Houston rapper Bun B tomorrow at the Postseason Street Fest.
This weekend, all gates will open at 5:00 p.m.
The roof of Minute Maid Park will be closed for Game 3 on Friday. The roof status for the remaining World Series games at Minute Maid Park will be announced in the coming days.
Fans should note that the stadium is not heated and to please dress appropriately for the weather.
Astros fans with small children should note that Squeeze Play will not be available during the Astros postseason run.
POSTSEASON GATE GIVEAWAYS AND PREGAME CEREMONIES
All fans in attendance at Astros World Series games this weekend will receive a special postseason gate giveaway. Prior to Game 3 on Friday, all fans will receive an Astros Postseason Rally Towel presented by YouTube TV. Prior to Game 4 on Saturday, all fans will receive an Astros Postseason Fan Clapper presented by Mastercard and Hartford. Prior to Game 5 on Sunday, all fans will receive an Astros Postseason Rally Towel presented by Coca-Cola.
The pregame ceremonies for this weekend's Games 3, 4 and 5 will feature several special guests. On Friday, Houston Texans defensive lineman and local fan-favorite JJ Watt will throw out a ceremonial first pitch and Houston Astros legend and Hall of Famer Craig Biggio will deliver the game ball, accompanied by a local member of Boys & Girls Club of America. Several Houston celebrities, including Olympian Simone Biles, astronaut Scott Kelly and Houston Dynamo legend Brian Ching will also participate in the pregame ceremony.   Astros Season Ticket Holders will join Greyshirts, who were instrumental in Hurricane Harvey flood relief, to present a giant U.S. flag on the field. A Joint Service Color Guard will present our nation's colors and Master Sergeant Promise Harris of the Texas Air National Guard will perform the National Anthem. Additionally, Challenger the Eagle will take flight during the National Anthem. Houston Fire Department Captain Mark Miller will perform God Bless America during the 7th Inning Stretch and Harris County Judge Ed Emmett will call "Play Ball!" to kick off Friday's Game 3 vs. the Dodgers.
On Saturday, inspirational seven-year-old athlete Hailey Dawson will throw out the ceremonial first pitch. Hailey was born without three fingers on her throwing hand, but thanks to a 3D-printed prosthesis, continues to throw and play the sport she loves. The Houston Police Department Quartet will perform Saturday's National Anthem and the Houston Police Department Honor Guard will also present our nation's colors. Sergeant First Class Tiffony Oldham will perform God Bless America during the 7th Inning Stretch and Astros legend Roy Oswalt will deliver the game ball, accompanied by a local member of Boys & Girls Club of America. Modern Family star and Houston sports super-fan Rico Rodriguez will call "Play Ball!" to kick off Game 4.
On Sunday, former United States President George W. Bush, joined by father and former United States President George H. W. Bush, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch. President George H. W. Bush will call "Play Ball!" to kick off Game 5 at Minute Maid Park. Astros favorite and country music star Clay Walker will perform the National Anthem and U.S. Air Force Staff Sergeant Angela Matthews will perform God Bless America during the 7th Inning Stretch. The Houston Fire Department Honor Guard will present our nation's colors and Astros legend Jose "Cheo" Cruz will deliver the game ball, accompanied by a local member of Boys & Girls Club of America.
TICKETS
All fans must either have their printed tickets in hand or utilize the MLB.com Ballpark App on their mobile devices to access Minute Maid Park and the Astros Postseason Street Fest for all Astros Postseason games. PDFs, screenshots or any photos of tickets on a mobile device will NOT be accepted, and the Astros will not be able to print tickets on-site. Additionally, there is a no re-entry policy during the postseason.

TRAVELING TO THE BALLPARK
The Astros encourage fans to give themselves extra time to travel to the ballpark as there will be several road and lane closures surrounding Minute Maid Park, which will remain in effect through the end of the Astros postseason run. Astros fans and media should heed all directional signage indicating altered routes around downtown and surrounding the ballpark. Additionally, parking around Minute Maid Park will be limited. Directional signage around the ballpark will also advise fans of postseason entrances, which may vary slightly from the regular season.
The Uber pickup and dropoff area in center field will be available for fans to utilize throughout the postseason. Metro also provides a fast and easy alternative for getting to and from the ballpark. For more information, please visit www.ridemetro.org.
ASTROS ON TV AND RADIO
FOX will exclusively televise all World Series games between the Houston Astros and LA Dodgers on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Fans can catch all Astros postseason games on the radio on the Astros flagship radio station 790 KBME AM, in Spanish on ESPN Deportes 1230 AM or on ESPN radio.
