'We want Boston' chant fires up Yankee Stadium

The chants started low -- in small pockets throughout Yankee Stadium during Wednesday's AL Wild Card Game win over the A's.
"We want Boston!" "We want Boston!"
The Yankees were only up, 2-0, at the time, but Yankee fans were thinking ahead. After a four-run sixth, nearly the entire ballpark (and what seemed like the entire city of New York) got into the idea of playing the rival Red Sox in the ALDS. It was time for everyone to hear it.
It's the first time the storied rivals will meet in the Division Series. It's their fourth postseason meeting overall. The Yankees prevailed in the 1999 and 2003 ALCS, but Boston broke through in the 2004 ALCS. The rest is history as the Sox ended the Curse of the Bambino and won the 2004 World Series.
