Sox capture playoff spirit in '21 hype video

The playoffs party is ready to begin along Shields Avenue and West 35th Street on Chicago’s South Side.

The White Sox have released their 2021 postseason hype video in advance of their American League Division Series against the Houston Astros, which starts Thursday afternoon.

The two-minute, 27-second package documents the entirety of Chicago's successful year, from the promise of Spring Training through all of the thrills of the regular season, including Tim Anderson’s walk-off homer to win the inaugural Field of Dreams Game on Aug. 12.

The White Sox are AL Central champions for the first time since 2008. But if the video has a central theme, it’s that the Sox still have plenty of winning left to do.
