Team to watch
For now, it's Single-A Jupiter with the system's top two prospects in shortstop Kahlil Watson and right-hander Edward Cabrera, plus another intriguing young shortstop in Jose Salas. But Cabrera will only be there briefly to get a few low-stress innings before moving to Triple-A Jacksonville, where he'll team up with righty Max Meyer and outfielders JJ Bleday and Peyton Burdick.

New faces
All of Miami's Top 30 Prospects have debuted in the system. Watson, who played in just nine pro games last summer because of a hamstring injury, and third baseman Cristian Rodriguez are getting their first taste of full-season ball at Single-A Jupiter.
On the shelf
Right-hander Sixto Sánchez is on the Triple-A Jacksonville injured list as he continues his recovery from shoulder surgery in July. Left-hander Jake Eder is on the Double-A Pensacola IL as he rehabs from Tommy John surgery in September.
