Let's predict all 30 Opening Day rosters
We're midway through Spring Training, which means it's a good time to revisit MLB.com's Opening Day roster predictions from the beginning of camp. Since pitchers and catchers reported last month, Bryce Harper and Manny Machado have found new homes, injuries have upended rosters and surprise breakouts and unexpected slow starts have shaken up position battles.

AMERICAN LEAGUE EAST
Blue Jays
The Blue Jays have been busy since the start of camp, adding John Axford, Bud Norris and Clay Buchholz to their pitching staff. A left knee injury to Devon Travis has shaken up Toronto’s infield. More >

Questions and competitions remain throughout Baltimore’s roster, from the status of Mark Trumbo, who’s working his way back from right knee surgery, to the makeup of the bullpen. More >

Indians
The outfield is slowly coming together, but Tyler Clippard and Hanley Ramirez’s additions on Minor League deals could shake up initial roster predictions in the bullpen and at designated hitter. More >

Salvador Perez’s injury opened the door for Cam Gallagher, Meibrys Viloria and a possible free-agent signing to take over catching duties. The club shook up its pitching staff by adding Jake Diekman and Drew Storen. More >

Angels
Third baseman Zack Cozart’s calf injury has his Opening Day status in question, opening the door for Taylor Ward. Jaime Barria and Felix Pena are competing for the final rotation spot. More >

Josh James’ injury knocked him out of a competition for the fifth starter, leaving Brad Peacock and Framber Valdez competing for the role. The club is likely to forgo an extra bullpen arm in favor of carrying an extra position player. More >

Braves
Mike Foltynewicz’s right elbow discomfort will keep him from his first Opening Day start, but he shouldn’t be out long. Other Braves players recovering from injures, like Brian McCann and Dansby Swanson, appear to be on track for the opener. More >
