Stream PADRES.TV for FREE all weekend long for crucial set vs. D-backs

The Padres have three games left in their quest to lock up the top Wild Card spot in the National League playoffs. And San Diego fans can catch all the action FREE over the final weekend of the regular season.

MLB is offering a free preview of PADRES.TV for Padres fans in the San Diego area to watch the final series of the year against the D-backs at Chase Field.

The Padres have already clinched a postseason berth, but they're playing for home field advantage in the Wild Card Series. And they'll have to clinch it against a division rival fighting for a playoff spot of their own.

San Diego enters Friday's series opener three games ahead of the Mets and D-backs for the first of the three NL Wild Card spots. If they win just one of the three games against Arizona, the Padres will clinch the higher seed between the two NL West foes -- and force the Mets to have to win all five of their remaining games to catch them.

If they win two games, the Padres clinch the No. 1 NL Wild Card spot outright, and they would host a Wild Card Series in San Diego beginning on Tuesday.

This PADRES.TV preview offer is only for Padres fans in the Club's Home Television Territory and is a separate service from the MLB.TV out-of-market package. By offering a direct-to-consumer streaming option on PADRES.TV in the Club's territory, MLB is able to lift the blackout for Padres games previously distributed on Bally Sports San Diego.

In addition, MLB is producing and distributing local games during the 2024 season for the Padres. The league launched a new channel finder for fans to easily locate where to watch games depending on the video distributor they use, including DirecTV, Cox, AT&T U-verse, Spectrum, Fubo, and more. Local channels and cable packages are listed below:
