Ohtani shocks, then awes White Sox fan

You must stay alert when watching Shohei Ohtani throw before a game. One White Sox fan learned this lesson in a hilarious way.
Prior to a recent game between the Angels and White Sox, Ohtani was throwing a ball against the outfield wall at Guaranteed Rate Field when he decided to have a little fun with a fan who was observing the reigning AL MVP from behind a fence.
Without warning, Ohtani unleashed one of his pitches right into the fence, causing the fan to understandably duck in a split-second moment of terror before realizing that the two-way phenom was just being a prankster.
The fan later identified themself on Twitter and described the interaction perfectly: “scared me so bad but was easily one of the best moments of my life 😂😂"
Ohtani went up to the fence to greet the fan immediately after the throw, and everyone was left laughing in the end. Especially Ohtani, who appeared to be cracking up so much he could hardly stand.
