Broadway, 30, pitched in 25 games for the Giants in 2015-16, going 0-2 with a 6.75 ERA. He went 0-1 with a 10.38 ERA in 13 games for Triple-A Syracuse before the Nationals released him on May 31. The Rays have assigned him to Double-A Montgomery.
