Rangers' Feliz inks deal with MLAM
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Legends Memorabilia Collection (LMC) is pleased to announce that it has been named the official autograph provider of Neftalí Feliz, closer for the Texas Rangers.
Feliz is the fourth current Major Leaguer to sign exclusively for LMC, the memorabilia division of Major League Alumni Marketing (MLAM), the for-profit subsidiary of the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association (MLBPAA). Josh Hamilton, the 2010 American League Most Valuable Player, Mark Buehrle and Dallas Braden have also signed exclusively for LMC.
"In his only his second year in the Major Leagues, Feliz has shown that beyond being an elite pitcher athlete, he has been active in his community." said Matt Hazzard, director of memorabilia for LMC. "MLAM is proud to add him to our roster of exclusive clients. Feliz truly embodies the mission of our organization."
Signed as a free agent in 2005, Feliz has 74 career saves and a 2.55 ERA in only two years of Major League service. In 2010, Feliz was named to his first All-Star team and later named American League Rookie of Year after setting the single-season saves record as a rookie (which was broken by Braves closer Craig Kimbrel in 2011).
LMC will offer numerous products such as World Series baseballs, photographs and jerseys available for purchase. Please call Billy Horn at (719) 475-1847 or email at bhorn@mlbpaa.com for more information. Business-to-business sales are also available.
