Power couple Skenes, Dunne to join 'College GameDay' for Alabama-LSU

Pirates ace Paul Skenes will return to his alma mater in Baton Rouge, La., alongside gymnast girlfriend Livvy Dunne to serve as the guest pickers on ESPN's "College GameDay."

With GameDay originating from LSU's campus ahead of the Tigers' primetime showdown against rival Alabama, the former LSU athletes will join the set to make their college football predictions alongside Rece Davis, Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso, Desmond Howard and Pat McAfee.

Skenes won countless awards in his lone season at LSU after transferring from Air Force. He also helped lead the Tigers to a 2023 College World Series title before being selected No. 1 overall by the Pirates in that summer's MLB Draft.

As for Dunne, she established herself as one of the most popular collegiate athletes in the country during her time at LSU, where she is a member of the women's gymnastics team that won the 2024 national championship.

The couple has had its share of fun over the past year, from Skenes bursting onto the scene as a rookie sensation to Dunne doing her best Skenes impersonation at Fanatics Fest in New York City last summer.

Now, the duo has turned its sights toward helping set the stage for one of college football's best rivalries.

"Can’t wait!!! Let’s geaux," Dunne posted on X.
