Can't stop, won't stop: Gallo hits 5th homer
Rangers right fielder Joey Gallo won’t stop hitting home runs.
The slugger hit his fifth homer in six Cactus League games during the Rangers' 9-2 loss to the Indians at Surprise Stadium on Tuesday.
“For me, I just was trying to get my launch angle back to getting the line drive,” Gallo said. “I'm trying to get more on top of the ball now than I was. Last year, I got a little caught up and got under the ball and kind of maybe got into some bad habits that we kind of broke down throughout the offseason with the hitting coaches.
"And now I'm just trying to hit hard line drives.”

Gallo said he might have been even more proud of the line drive he hit in the fourth inning, a hard-hit ball right to right fielder Daniel Johnson.
Through his six spring games, Gallo has gone 6-for-14 (.429) with a double to go with his five homers. He's driven in nine and scored five runs.
Gallo and second baseman Nick Solak, who added his first long ball of the spring, provided the Rangers’ only runs Tuesday.
