PITTSBURGH -- Jesús Aguilar just keeps crushing baseballs.
One day after being selected to the All-Star Game via Final Vote and named the No. 1 seed in the T-Mobile Home Run Derby, Aguilar added to his impressive resume by launching a mammoth home run beyond the 410-foot sign in left-center field in the Brewers' 6-3 loss to the Pirates at PNC Park on Thursday.
His solo shot off right-hander Jameson Taillon tied the game against the Pirates, 1-1 .
The homer was Aguilar's 24th this season, giving him sole ownership of the most home runs in the National League. The 28-year-old slugger entered play on Thursday slashing .307/.375/.638.
The Home Run Derby is scheduled for Monday at 7 p.m. CT on ESPN.
