With the sun shining bright at a packed Wrigley Field for the Cubs' home opener on Monday afternoon, the fans got a magic show from Javier Báez. The aptly nicknamed "El Mago" somehow got a piece of a low-and-outside pitch that appeared to hit the ground, throwing his bat at an 0-2 curve from Pirates starter Jameson Taillon to avoid a strikeout and deliver an RBI single as part of Chicago's six-run second inning.
