Newest seafarer in the Cove? Hunter Pence!

In his farewell tweet on Saturday, the retiring Hunter Pence said, "I'm looking forward to being a Giants fan now!" In a subsequent tweet, he added, "See ya in [McCovey] Cove."
As it turns out, Pence meant that quite literally. As the Giants played the final game of their regular season, the fan favorite was spotted spending his first official day of retirement on a boat in McCovey Cove, holding up a Let's Go Giants sign.
As he subsequently tweeted, he's "stoked to be here." And without a doubt, Giants fans are equally excited to have him out there. He even signed autographs for passing kayakers.
