Mattingly misses game due to death in family
ATLANTA -- Don Mattingly did not manage the Marlins in Thursday night's game against the Braves due to a death in the family.
Mattingly is attending the funeral in Indiana.
Tim Wallach managed the club Thursday, but Mattingly is expected to be back with the Marlins on Friday.
