The Dodgers and reliever Corey Knebel have agreed to a one-year, $5.25 million deal to avoid arbitration, a source told MLB.com’s Mark Feinsand.
The club has not confirmed the report.
Los Angeles acquired Knebel from the Brewers on Dec. 2 shortly before the non-tender deadline and sent left-hander Leo Crawford to Milwaukee later in the month to complete the trade.
A 29-year-old right-hander, Knebel posted a 6.08 ERA over 13 1/3 innings for the Brewers last season after missing all of 2019 while recovering from Tommy John surgery.
Over 2017-18, Knebel recorded a 2.54 ERA with 55 saves and a 14.7 K/9 rate. This is his final year of arbitration eligibility.
