Kershaw expected to return next weekend
ST. LOUIS -- Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said ace Clayton Kershaw will rejoin the team next weekend provided there were no setbacks following his start at Double-A Tulsa on Tuesday night.
“It’s a National League game, so hopefully he will get a couple of at-bats and just with the logistics, the weight room and all that stuff that I don’t need to divulge, it just makes better sense for him to go to Tulsa for his routine,” Roberts said.
Kershaw, who is working his way back from left shoulder inflammation, allowed two runs on five hits while fanning six in six innings on Tuesday. He threw 59 of his 81 pitches for strikes.

Roberts said Monday that he expected Kershaw "to be a full go” when he's ready to rejoin the Dodgers. He's likely in line to start Sunday against Milwaukee or Monday against Cincinnati on the next homestand.
