CLEARWATER, Fla. -- An MRI on Orioles first baseman Chris Davis found no structural damage and he'll be out three to five days, manager Buck Showalter said after Saturday's 4-2 win over the Phillies.
"Anytime you've got something that's not healing like [it should], you worry if there's something structurally in there, but it seems to be OK," Showalter said.

Davis had been the designated hitter instead of playing first base in the Orioles' past two home games.
"That elbow is not managing quite like we had hoped," Showalter said before the game. "It's not moving forward like we would like."
Before Wednesday's game with the Cardinals, the Orioles moved Davis from first to DH. In that game, Davis homered, and afterward, didn't seem terribly concerned about the elbow.

"He's got a little more tenderness than he has in the past," Showalter said. "He's got some concern about it. We'll make sure we know what we're dealing with … I think it's got his attention now."
Tillman throws simulated game
Chris Tillman, who missed the start of last season with soreness in his right shoulder, threw a two-inning simulated game in Sarasota, Fla. Tillman, who is expected to be one of the Orioles' top four starters, threw 42 pitches.
Lee optioned to Triple-A
The O's optioned left-hander Chris Lee, who suffered a right oblique strain in Tuesday's game with the Rays, to Triple-A Norfolk.
Showalter said that he thought Lee would miss four weeks, and doubted that he'd be ready to pitch for the opening of the Minor League season. It's likely that Lee will remain in Florida for rehabilitation.
