Robin Lopez’s love for his dogs is no secret. The 7-foot center has included his goldendoodles Mimi and Muppet in everything from video projects to exit interviews to interviews done with goldendoodle Facebook groups.

On Friday, Lopez got to take his love for his pets to another level, bringing one of his pups to the Guardians’ home opener, which might be the cutest thing we’ve seen this season.

While Lopez’s Mariners jacket probably didn’t earn him any points with the home crowd, any bad blood was likely dissipated by the presence of Lopez’s dog, which was caught sitting on his lap and licking his face prior to the seventh inning.

Lopez was at the game with some of his Cavaliers teammates, who were enjoying a day off ahead of their season finale against the Hornets on Sunday before their date with the New York Knicks in the first round of the NBA playoffs.

Now, we just need to get Lopez’s dog in touch with the canine that caught a home run during Spring Training.
