ST. LOUIS -- The Cardinals are due to open Spring Training next week under (hopefully) sunny Florida skies. Whether you're planning a trip to catch the team there or intend to follow from afar, here is a rundown of important dates and information to get you ready for camp:

Can fans attend workouts?
Yes. It's free to attend workouts on the back fields of the Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium campus. There is an access point for fans off University Boulevard. From there, fans are welcome to roam between multiple fields.

Fox Sports Midwest will televise the Feb. 23 Grapefruit League opener (12:05 p.m. CT)

Opening Day date, time, opponent and location
