Birdland Member Bulletin: March 27
We’re excited to welcome you back to the ballpark this week!
Please review the following important information for the 2024 season.
Gate Times & Parking Information:
We encourage all members to arrive early as we expect large crowds! Gates at Oriole Park at Camden Yards will open to fans at the below times:
- Monday through Thursday: One hour prior to first pitch.
- Friday: One hour and 30 minutes prior to first pitch.
- Saturday: Two hours prior to first pitch.
- Sunday: One hour and 30 minutes prior to first pitch.
- Gates will open at 12:00 p.m. on Opening Day (3/28).
Parking lots will open to fans one hour prior to gates.
- Parking is sold out for Opening Day (3/28) and Saturday (3/30). If you don’t have a pre-paid pass, please plan to park off-site.
- Very limited parking is available for the remainder of the homestand through the ‘Exclusive Offers’ tab of your My Orioles Ticket account.
Member Services Hours:
Our Member Services team is here to assist you all season long. Our representatives can be reached during the following hours at members@orioles.com or 410-547-6161.
- Monday-Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Saturday Home Games: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed
On gamedays our team is located in the Birdland Rewards Center from the times gates open until 2 hours after the scheduled first pitch.
For the best experience at your first game, we encourage you to complete the steps below prior to coming to the ballpark.
Update Your MLB Ballpark App
You will need to update the MLB Ballpark app on your device by visiting the App Store or Google Play. You won’t be able to access your tickets until this update is completed.
Verify Your Birdland Rewards Account
Upon first login you will need to verify your personal details and accept the Terms & Conditions. We recommend you do this prior to coming to your first game on a desktop or mobile browser.
Prepare for Your In-Park Discounts
O’s Pay is the new and only way to apply your discount quickly at all retail and concession locations throughout Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The digital membership card used in previous seasons has been discontinued.
Learn About Access to the Birdland Member Clubhouse
Birdland Members will experience a new, streamlined way to access the exclusive Birdland Member Clubhouse. Entry to the Birdland Member Clubhouse on game days will now be even smoother, requiring a game-specific Access Pass. These complimentary passes can be claimed through your Birdland Rewards account the morning of each home game.
