Beach Ballyard: MLB.TV unveils new park

It's an exciting day in West Palm Beach, Fla., where the Astros and Nationals will square off in the first game at their new joint Spring Training facility: Ballpark of the Palm Beaches.
Commissioner Rob Manfred will be on hand for the official opening of the new $150 million complex, which is game-ready after construction crews spent weeks working around the clock to finish the 6,500-seat stadium. Rave reviews are rolling in, especially from players, who will enjoy expansive, modern clubhouses as well as other amenities.

Astros at Nationals, 1:05 p.m., West Palm Beach, Fla.
Though the stadium is new, Astros fans will be feeling deja vu when Carlos Beltrán suits up for his first spring game. It'll be Beltran's first game with the Astros since his famous few-month tenure in 2004.

It's the first Spring Training in West Palm Beach for both clubs, which will share Ballpark of the Palm Beaches. The Nationals moved from Viera, Fla., where they had spent every spring since 2002, while the Astros moved after 31 consecutive springs in Kissimmee, Fla.
Orioles at Phillies, 1:05 p.m., Clearwater, Fla.
Clay Buchholz is slated to make his Phillies debut after being acquired in an offseason trade with the Red Sox. He's looking to bounce back after going 6-8 with a 5.01 ERA in 21 starts in 2016 and spending some time in the bullpen.
Several of the Orioles stars are scheduled to leave for the World Baseball Classic in the coming week. Tune in before Adam Jones, Manny Machado, Welington Castillo and Mychal Givens head off to the tournament.

Royals at Brewers, 3:05 p.m., Phoenix
The highlight here should be Royals ace Danny Duffy, who will make his spring debut. It'll be Duffy's first game action since signing his five-year, $65 million extension this offseason and likely his only in-game work before joining Team USA for the World Baseball Classic.

The Brewers will also throw one of their top starters, Zach Davies, as they host their former manager, Ned Yost. Yost managed the Brewers from 2003-08.
Angels at Cubs, 3:05 p.m., Mesa, Ariz.
The reigning American League Most Valuable Player, Mike Trout, walked twice in his spring debut Monday. He should be back in the lineup as he prepares to defend his hardware in 2017.

The Cubs have played to two consecutive ties. Something has got to give today.
Meanwhile, break up the Angels! They've won 14 consecutive Cactus League games dating back to last season.
Giants at Padres, 3:10 p.m., Peoria, Ariz.
Madison Bumgarner was rusty in his first Spring Training start a few days ago, allowing two runs in an inning of work. He takes the mound again, against a familiar opponent. Bumgarner has made 27 career starts against San Diego in the regular season -- his most against any club.

Bumgarner goes against Jhoulys Chacín, one of the several veteran starters the Padres brought in this winter. Chacin went 6-8 with a 4.81 ERA over 34 appearances (22 starts) between the Braves and Angels last season.
