Dodgers manager Dave Roberts took the ball from starter Rich Hill with the bases loaded and two outs in the fifth inning. After Hill fanned Josh Reddick and Justin Verlander, the Dodgers intentionally walked leadoff man George Springer, and Roberts called on Brandon Morrow for a righty-on-righty matchup against Alex Bregman.
