The Angels arrive at Spring Training aiming for their first postseason berth since 2014. It was a busy winter for the Halos, who made it a point to address their lack of depth in 2022.

Now that the offseason is almost over, here’s everything you need to know about Angels Spring Training.

When is the first workout for pitchers and catchers?
Angels pitchers and catchers and players participating in the World Baseball Classic are set to report on Feb. 14, with the first workout on Feb. 15.

What is the date of the first full-squad workout?
Position players report on Feb. 19, with the first full-squad workouts set for Feb. 20.

Where is the team’s facility?
The Angels play their Spring Training games at Tempe Diablo Stadium in Tempe, Ariz. It’s near Arizona State University’s campus and only four miles away from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Can fans attend workouts?
Yes, fans can watch the workouts on the lower fields across the parking lot from Tempe Diablo Stadium.

Who are some new faces fans should know?
The Angels made several moves this offseason, including signing left-hander Tyler Anderson and potential closer Carlos Estévez to multi-year deals while trading for outfielder Hunter Renfroe and infielder Gio Urshela. They also signed Brett Phillips to a one-year deal to serve as the club’s fourth outfielder.

Who are some of the top prospects invited to Major League camp?
Catcher Logan O’Hoppe, who is ranked as the club’s No. 1 prospect, will be in camp and is competing for a spot on the roster. No. 2 prospect Zach Neto will also be in Major League camp for the first time after being a first-round Draft pick last year. Other notable prospects in camp include right-handers Chase Silseth (No. 7) and Ben Joyce (No. 12).

Which players will be participating in the World Baseball Classic?
Superstars Mike Trout (Team USA) and Shohei Ohtani (Team Japan) are both participating in the World Baseball Classic for the first time. There are also several other Angels who are on preliminary rosters, including David Fletcher (Italy), Max Stassi (Italy), Zach Weiss (Israel), Patrick Sandoval (Mexico), Jaime Barría (Panama), Urshela (Colombia) and Luis Rengifo (Venezuela or Colombia).

When is the team’s first Cactus League game?
The Angels open Cactus League play on Feb. 25, against the Mariners in Peoria, Ariz. Their first home game is on Feb. 26, against the White Sox.

What are a few other notable spring games?
The Angels play the Dodgers on March 3, in Tempe, before playing the Dodgers again on March 10, at Camelback Ranch in Glendale, Ariz. They also play Team USA on March 9 at Tempe Diablo Stadium, so Trout is likely to face his teammates.

Will the team’s games be televised?

The club’s final game in Arizona is on March 25, against the Cubs at Tempe Diablo Stadium.
