A star-studded group of Rangers alumni will be coaching the next generation of MLB stars in the 2024 All-Star Futures Game.

With Adrian Beltré and Michael Young set to manage the game on Saturday, July 13 at Globe Life Field in Arlington, MLB announced the full Futures Game coaching staffs under the two Rangers legends on Monday.

It had already been announced that the newly elected MLB Hall of Famer Beltré will manage the American League Futures Team, with Prince Fielder joining him as hitting coach. Rangers Hall of Famer and seven-time All-Star Young will manage the National League Futures Team with Ian Kinsler as his bench coach.

Now that all of the coaches have been unveiled, we can add a host of other Rangers icons to the two rosters.

Joining Beltré and Fielder on the AL side will be former Rangers Nelson Cruz as third base coach, Francisco Cordero as pitching coach, Derek Holland as bullpen coach, Mitch Moreland as first base coach and Elvis Andrus as an additional coach. Longtime Major League outfielder Raul Ibañez will also join the staff as Beltré's bench coach.

On the NL side, Young and Kinsler will have Texas alumni Mark Teixeira as hitting coach, Darren Oliver as pitching coach, Colby Lewis as bullpen coach and Gary Matthews Jr. as first base coach. Arlington native and three-time All-Star slugger Vernon Wells will also serve as a coach.

The player rosters for the Futures Game, which features top prospects from around the Minor Leagues, will be announced on Tuesday, as well as the participants for the accompanying all-new MLB Futures Skills Showcase, which is also a part of the All-Star Saturday festivities that will kick off All-Star Week in Arlington.
