Here's who's attending the 2023 MLB Draft Combine

More than 300 Draft-eligible prospects are set to take part in the 2023 MLB Draft Combine from June 19-24 at Chase Field in Phoenix, including six of the top 10 and 40 of the top 50 ranked on MLB Pipeline’s Draft Top 200 Prospects list. In total, 169 players from the Top 200 have indicated they plan to participate.
Louisiana State right-hander Paul Skenes (No. 2 on the Top 200), Florida outfielder Wyatt Langford (No. 3) and Wake Forest righty Rhett Lowder (No. 8) are among Draft prospects headed to the College World Series who will have the option to participate in a supplemental event if they’re unable to attend the Combine in Phoenix.
Grand Canyon shortstop Jacob Wilson (No. 7), Ole Miss shortstop Jacob Gonzalez (No. 15), Vanderbilt center fielder Enrique Bradfield Jr. (No. 16), Miami third baseman Yohandy Morales (No. 17) and Maryland shortstop Matt Shaw (No. 18) are all expected to be on hand at Chase Field. On the whole, 192 college players have their sights on the Combine in some capacity.
Notable names among the 131 high schoolers expected to be on hand include Franklin Community HS (Ind.) center fielder Max Clark (No. 5), Strawberry Crest HS (Fla.) shortstop Arjun Nimmala (No. 9), Jesuit HS (Ore.) right-hander Noble Meyer (No. 11), J.W. Mitchell HS (Fla.) shortstop Aidan Miller (No. 12), Sinton HS (Texas) catcher Blake Mitchell (No. 13) and Parkview HS (Ga.) shortstop Colin Houck (No. 14).

MLB and USA Baseball announced the full list of 274 Draft-eligible Combine participants on Wednesday.
Ex-big leaguers such as Eric Davis, Mike Cameron, Raul Ibañez, Rajai Davis, Gregor Blanco, Brad Penny, Dan Otero, Jarrod Saltalamacchia, Luis Alicea, Jeff Reboulet and Michael Tucker will be on hand as well, as will former Marlins president of baseball operations and MLB's current senior vice president of on-field operations Michael Hill and former MLB hitting coach Rick Eckstein.

Now in its third year, the event offers an opportunity for players to interview and interact directly with MLB general managers and scouting directors, as well as take part in a series of medical and performance assessments and educational programming designed to prepare them for careers in professional baseball. Attendees will also have opportunities to be featured on MLB social media channels, in addition to receiving personal branding training and access to real-time content and custom video for their own platforms.
MLB Network will provide extensive on-site coverage of the Combine on June 20-21, as hosts Greg Amsinger and Siera Santos will be joined by analysts Jim Callis, Sean Casey, Sarah Langs, Dan O’Dowd, Harold Reynolds and Chris Young. New MLB Network contributor Jared Carrabis will be also part of the coverage, including interviewing prospects from the Chase Field pool.
MLB Network coverage will begin at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. MST on June 20, and at 3:30 p.m. ET/12:30 p.m. MST on June 21.

Like last year’s Combine at Petco Park in San Diego, the 2023 edition will be open to the public. Gates will be open to fans on June 20 from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. MST, and on June 21 from noon to 4:30 p.m. MST.
The Combine comes less than a month prior to the 2023 MLB Draft, which is scheduled for July 9-11 in Seattle.
